Urban Electronics aims to provide safe and timely delivery of electronics and home appliances to its customers. Please read the following shipping and delivery terms before placing an order.
Delivery Areas
Urban Electronics primarily delivers orders within Lahore, including Valencia Town, Lake City, Adda Plot, DHA Rehbar and nearby areas.
Delivery to other cities in Pakistan may be available for selected products, subject to product type, courier availability and prior confirmation from our team.
Customers may contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability for their location.
Estimated Delivery Time
Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 business days after order confirmation, depending on the destination, product availability and courier service.
Delivery of large appliances may require additional time and special transportation arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, road closures, stock availability, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed after our team verifies:
• Product availability
• Product price
• Customer’s name and contact number
• Complete delivery address
• Delivery charges, where applicable
• Selected payment method
Urban Electronics may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
Shipping and Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of PKR 1,000 applies to orders placed through our website. The delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
If any special handling or additional transportation charges apply to an oversized product or a remote delivery location, the customer will be informed and asked for approval before the order is dispatched. No additional charge will be collected without the customer’s confirmation.
Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the product and its packaging at the time of delivery.
Please check:
• Product model and colour
• Physical condition of the product
• Packaging condition
• Included accessories
• Warranty card, where applicable
If the product appears damaged, incorrect or tampered with, please do not accept it without immediately contacting Urban Electronics.
Installation
Delivery and installation are separate services unless installation is specifically included with the product or confirmed by our team.
Installation may be provided by the manufacturer’s authorized service team. Installation time, charges and requirements may vary according to the product and brand.
Customers should not open or install products that require authorized installation if doing so could affect the manufacturer’s warranty.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers must provide a correct delivery address and an active contact number.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or the customer cannot be contacted, the order may be returned or rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
Delayed or Unavailable Products
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Urban Electronics will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The customer may choose to:
• Wait for the product to become available
• Select an alternative product
• Cancel the order
If advance payment has been made for an unavailable or cancelled product, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Address Changes
A delivery address may only be changed before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible or may involve additional charges.
